In a short 2 years we have lost our energy independence by decisions to close pipelines, and block drilling for fossil fuel. and more. There is a place for multiple forms of energy, and we cant rely on only one. Electric cars will max out electrical grids and we are being told in California that they will have rolling blackouts- no heat and no air conditioning at peak hours. Times when you can charge your cars will be limited. Our household heating casts are projected to increase significantly this winter. We can not go "all or nothing"; rather we need a gradual common sense approach to managing our energy needs, with the goal of returning to energy independence.
After 34 years in Congress, Frank Pallone has only made himself richer and the rest of us poorer. As the longtime ranking member of the Energy & Commerce Committee, Pallone is uniquely responsible for policies that have given us record high inflation, soaring gas prices, and crippled our supply chain. In Congress, I will bring common sense private sector experience to fight for policies that grow our economy and create good paying jobs. I will cut taxes. Eliminate job killing over-regulation. And lower prices for middle class families like mine.
I am from a family of law enforcement officers and the military. Any given night you can turn on the TV and see how out of control crime is across our nation. We have a right to be safe! No one is exempted! We have to re-evaluate laws like “bail reform”, and support our Police with training, and resources.
The open-borders policies are cruel and inhumane. They’re causing record numbers of migrant deaths and assaults. They’re enriching the cartels and human traffickers. They’re also an affront to law and order. Having an open southern border has proven to be a real disaster. We have apprehended thousands of terrorists trying to cross the border. We have huge quantities of deadly fentanyl coming over our border and killing Americans.
This has to stop.
Our students are at least two years behind in their education as a result of COVID, and homeschooling than in school with masks. Children with autism have suffered even more than the average student and are further behind in their learning. We have to ensure a successful year, in the classroom, based on a curriculum that focuses on Math, Science, and other core subjects.
There is no need to discuss “pronouns”, sex education, or CRT. Parents should have a daily open dialog with their children and understand what they are being taught and speak up if they approve or disapprove..
Parents have the right to evaluate the curriculum their children are being taught in school. We have a right to object if we feel the curriculum is inappropriate for the classroom and better discussed at home. We also have a right to decide whether our children will receive vaccines or not, depending on the individual child..
In their latest commercial, the New Jersey Education Association crosses the line when they call New Jersey parents extremists. Our parents are intensely passionate about the welfare of their children! I hardly call that extreme!
I am appalled by the NJEA actions but not surprised. The NJEA is simply trying to advance its agenda at the expense of our children.
As a mother and grandmother, I understand the importance of having a say in the education of my family. I have been and will continue to be involved in their education experience. I guess that makes me an extremist too.
Don't be silenced. Continue to voice your opinion. That is your right as a parent and an American. I will be right there with you.
Our senior citizens and retired military men and women are struggling to pay the exorbitant drug prices and other healthcare costs.. I agree that new drugs require a tremendous amount of research, testing, and evaluation which is very costly. We should be evaluating other ways to address these costs rather than passing them on to our most venerable citizens.
I believe law-abiding citizens should have the right to bear arms. Self-defense is an important American value and families should be able to exercise that right. I also believe in criminal background checks.
Weakness from our President emboldens our enemies. The disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, giving the country back to the Taliban, along with Biden’s weakness gave room for Putin to act. We need to project strength across the globe and that starts with strength here at home.
Let's take back New Jersey and our Country from 30-year incumbent Democrat Frank Pallone
